1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the games, website, player support, and related services provided by Unwind Games Private Limited (“Unwind Games,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collectively called the “Services.”

When you first launch one of our games, you are shown an in-game agreement screen containing links to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. By tapping “Agree,” you accept these Terms and confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these Terms, you may not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

The Services are intended for players aged 13 and above. If you are under the age at which you can legally enter into an agreement in your country, your parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf and supervise your use of the Services. By using the Services, you represent that these requirements have been met.

We may restrict or terminate access where required by law or where we reasonably believe that these requirements have not been met.

3. License to Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to download and use the applicable game on a compatible device for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

You may not, unless applicable law expressly permits it:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the Services.
• Modify, translate, adapt, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, derive source code from, or create derivative works from a game, its binaries, protocols, content, or services.
• Use or distribute modified applications, unofficial clients, unauthorized plugins, bots, scripts, macros, automation tools, memory editors, or other software that interacts with or alters the Services.
• Bypass or interfere with security, authentication, purchases, advertising, access controls, technical restrictions, or anti-cheat systems.
• Access our systems or servers through unauthorized software, methods, or protocols.

All rights not expressly granted to you remain with Unwind Games and its licensors.

4. Fair Play and Acceptable Use

To keep the Services fair and enjoyable, you must not:

• Cheat, use automation, gain an unfair advantage, manipulate gameplay or network communications, or assist another person in doing so.
• Discover, exploit, publicize, or encourage the misuse of a bug, vulnerability, or unintended game feature. Please report suspected issues to us instead.
• Harass, threaten, abuse, deceive, impersonate, or harm another player.
• Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, or unauthorized commercial activity.
• Disrupt the Services, overload systems, interfere with another player's experience, or attempt unauthorized access to an account, device, system, or data.
• Buy, sell, share, transfer, or commercially trade accounts, access credentials, virtual items, or virtual currency except where we expressly permit it.

5. Player Accounts and Progress

A game may create a guest or randomly generated player account and may allow you to connect a supported third-party login service. You are responsible for keeping your device and login credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account.

Guest accounts or progress stored only on a device may be lost if you uninstall a game, clear its data, change devices, or lose access to the device. We cannot guarantee recovery unless the game supports recovery and the relevant account was successfully connected or synchronized.

You may delete your player account using the option provided in the game. Deletion is permanent and may remove progress, rewards, virtual items, team participation, rankings, and other account information. Additional information is provided in our Privacy Policy.

6. Player Content and Community Features

Some games may allow player names, avatars, teams, leaderboards, chat, or other community features (“Player Content”). You remain responsible for Player Content that you submit.

You must not submit Player Content that:

• Is unlawful, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit, abusive, deceptive, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise seriously inappropriate.
• Contains spam, advertising, scams, malicious instructions, URLs, or attempts to bypass content restrictions.
• Shares personal or contact information, including addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, social-media details, or similar information.
• Impersonates another person or violates another person's rights.

You grant Unwind Games a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, filter, moderate, and otherwise use Player Content only as reasonably needed to operate, protect, promote, and improve the Services and enforce these Terms. This license ends when the content is deleted from our active systems, except where continued retention is permitted by our Privacy Policy or applicable law.

We may filter, review, restrict, remove, or refuse Player Content and may restrict community features where reasonably necessary. Moderation tools cannot identify every violation, and we do not guarantee that all Player Content will be appropriate or error-free. Available reporting, blocking, or support tools should be used to report concerns.

7. Virtual Items and Purchases

Some games may offer virtual currency, boosters, lives, rewards, cosmetic items, or other virtual content (“Virtual Items”), including optional in-app purchases. Virtual Items are licensed for use only within the applicable game. They are not money or property, have no cash value, and may not be redeemed, sold, or transferred unless we expressly allow it.

Purchases are processed by the applicable app store or distribution platform under its terms. We do not directly receive your complete payment-card or bank-account details. Prices, taxes, payment processing, cancellations, and refunds may also be governed by the platform's policies and applicable law.

Except where required by applicable law or the platform's policies, purchases are final. We may correct balances or entitlements affected by an error, duplication, refund, reversal, fraud, or violation of these Terms. We may change or discontinue Virtual Items or related features, but we will not limit any non-excludable consumer rights.

You are responsible for securing purchase controls on your device, including parental controls where appropriate.

8. Advertising and Third-Party Services

The Services may include advertisements, links, login options, app-store services, or other features provided by third parties. Your dealings with those third parties may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for them except to the extent required by applicable law.

9. Official Sources and Software Safety

Download our games only from stores or distribution channels authorized by Unwind Games. We do not control modified, counterfeit, compromised, or unauthorized copies obtained from unofficial sources. Such copies may be unsafe, may not function correctly, and may result in loss of progress or restriction of access. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for harm caused by an unauthorized copy or modification that we did not provide or approve.

10. Intellectual Property

The Services, including their software, gameplay systems, artwork, audio, characters, text, designs, logos, trademarks, and other content, are owned by or licensed to Unwind Games and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited license granted in these Terms, you receive no ownership or other rights in the Services.

You may not use our names, trademarks, logos, game assets, or other protected content without our prior written permission, except where applicable law permits such use.

11. Enforcement, Suspension, and Termination

We may investigate suspected cheating, fraud, security threats, unlawful conduct, or violations of these Terms. Where reasonably necessary, we may issue a warning, remove improperly obtained progress or Virtual Items, remove Player Content, restrict features, suspend access, or permanently terminate an account.

Enforcement may take account of the nature, seriousness, and history of the conduct, but serious or repeated violations may result in immediate termination. We may also preserve relevant records or cooperate with lawful requests where required. If you believe action was taken in error, you may contact player support.

You may stop using the Services at any time and may delete your account using the available in-game option. Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute provisions—will continue to apply.

12. Service Availability and Changes

Games and features evolve over time. We may add, update, balance, restrict, suspend, or discontinue content, events, Virtual Items, or Services for operational, security, legal, or business reasons. We do not guarantee that any Service, feature, event, reward, or item will always remain available.

Maintenance, technical problems, internet conditions, device compatibility, third-party services, or events outside our reasonable control may interrupt the Services. We will take reasonable steps to operate the Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will always be available, secure, accurate, compatible with every device, or free from errors.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unwind Games and its directors, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, business opportunity, or anticipated savings arising from or relating to the Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot be limited, or any other liability or statutory right that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.

15. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time for legal, security, operational, or service-related reasons. The latest version will be available on this page with its “Last Updated” date. By continuing to use the Services after updated Terms take effect, you accept the updated Terms, subject to applicable law. Where applicable law requires renewed acceptance, we may ask you to accept the updated Terms before continuing.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent that mandatory laws of your country of residence apply. Subject to any non-excludable rights you may have, disputes relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Before starting formal proceedings, you and Unwind Games agree to make a reasonable effort to resolve the dispute by contacting the other party, unless urgent relief is required or applicable law allows otherwise.

17. General Terms

These Terms, together with any additional terms presented for a particular Service or feature, form the agreement between you and Unwind Games regarding the Services. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our written permission. We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, reorganization, sale of assets, or other lawful business transfer. We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
