Privacy Policy
Quick Summary for Players
Unwind Games uses a small number of trusted third-party tools to run, improve, and support our games. Depending on the title you play, this may include analytics and crash reporting, ads, and a mobile measurement partner that helps us understand installs and campaign performance. These tools may process information like device identifiers, IP address, app activity, ad interactions, install data, and technical diagnostics.
If you would like to understand how these services handle data, you can review their privacy policies linked below.

1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to Unwind Games Private Limited and to our games, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). It explains what information may be collected when you use our Services, how it may be used, and the choices available to you.
2. Information We Collect
Some information may be collected through the third-party services integrated into our apps, depending on the game, device, region, and settings you use:
- Device identifiers and technical data: advertising ID, IDFV, app instance identifiers, device model, operating system, language, time zone, network type, carrier, IP address, and approximate location inferred from IP.
- Usage, gameplay, and diagnostics data: session activity, progression events, engagement data, crash logs, performance metrics, anti-fraud or security signals, and in the future may include gameplay progress or similar in-game activity data used to support player experience.
- Advertising data: ad requests and responses, ad impressions, clicks, frequency-capping data, and signals used by ad networks and mediation platforms to serve, measure, and limit ads.
- Attribution and marketing measurement data: install attribution data, referrer information, campaign identifiers, deep-link data, re-engagement events, and other event data processed by our mobile measurement partner.
- Transaction-related data: store-generated purchase confirmations, entitlement status, and fraud-prevention signals. Payment card details are processed by the relevant app store or payment provider, not by us directly.
- Support communications: if you contact us directly, we may receive your name, email address, and the contents of your message.
3. How We Use Information
These services help us:
- Provide, maintain, secure, and improve our games and website.
- Serve ads, including limiting ad frequency and measuring ad performance.
- Measure installs, campaign performance, re-engagement, and attribution through our mobile measurement partner and other service providers.
- Analyze gameplay trends, diagnose crashes, investigate bugs, and prevent fraud or abuse.
- Process purchases, restore entitlements, and respond to support requests.
- Comply with legal, regulatory, platform, and contractual obligations.
Depending on your region, device settings, and the game you use, advertising may be personalized or non-personalized.
4. Agreement and Consent
When you first launch one of our games, you may be shown an in-game agreement screen with links to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service. By accepting that screen, you confirm that you have read and agree to them before continuing into the game.
Some devices, app stores, or regions may also provide additional privacy or ad settings. You can manage available choices through those settings.
5. Advertising, Attribution, and Sharing
Our games may include ads delivered through third-party advertising SDKs, mediation platforms, and demand partners. We also use a mobile measurement partner (“MMP”) for install attribution, campaign measurement, and related analytics.
- Advertising partners may process identifiers, IP address, app and device information, ad interactions, and fraud-prevention signals to serve, measure, and optimize ads.
- Our mobile measurement partner may process advertising identifiers, device identifiers, install and referrer data, in-app events, IP address, and campaign data for attribution and measurement.
- Analytics and diagnostics providers may process gameplay, crash, and device data so we can understand performance and improve the Services.
These services operate under their own privacy policies, which are linked below.
6. International Transfers
Because our service providers may operate globally, information handled through those services may be processed in countries other than the one where you live.
7. Data Retention
Information may be retained by us or by third-party providers for as long as reasonably needed to operate the Services, support gameplay features, comply with legal requirements, and improve the player experience. Third-party providers may also retain data according to their own policies.
